I give permission to the Idaho Falls Arts Council/ARTitorium on Broadway on a royalty-free, irrevocable basis to use the photograph/image or video (“images”) of my child for all standard non-profit uses including research, grant reports, and promotion of the Idaho Falls Arts Council and its programs and activities in print and electronic media. I understand that these images will be used for the educational, non-profit purposes of the Idaho Falls Arts Council and not for commercial purposes. I agree these images may be used at any time in the future and that no further permission is required.
