An art contest where we encourage you to dream up the future of transportation and design a car that you feel could change the world. Since it is the car of your dreams there is nothing that's not possible! Maybe your car is powered by smiles and plants flowers as it drives or maybe it cleans the ocean and provides a home for stray animals... the sky's the limit! Dream BIG! How to Enter:

  • Review guidelines
  • Download and print the Entry Form or pick one up at Teton Toyota, Teton Volkswagen, or ARTitorium. Pick up drawing paper from ARTitorium if needed.
  • Make your fabulous artwork!
  • Drop off your artwork with your entry form to Teton Toyota, Teton Volkswagen, or ARTitorium.

Categories and Dates

Age Categories:

  • Category 1: Kindergarten - Second Grade
  • Category 2: Third - Fifth Grade
  • Category 3: Sixth - Ninth Grade
  • Category 4: Tenth - Twelfth Grade

  • March 12, 2024 Contest Period closes
  • March-April 2024 Contest Judging, Announcement of Winners, Art Exhibition at Teton April 12th. Winner announcement at Teton Toyota and opening of art display.

Prizes

All artworks will be included in an exhibition at Teton Toyota and all applicants will receive a custom art supply bag upon submission of their entry (limit one per applicant). Entries can be submitted at any Teton Auto Group location or Artitorium on Broadway.

Three prize winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd) will be selected from each age category for a total of twelve prize winners. Prizes may be subject to change and sponsors may decide to award additional prizes as appropriate.

  • First Prize: $150
  • Second Prize:$75
  • Third Prize: $50

Guidelines

ORIGINALITY: Artwork must be an original design drawn solely by a young person between the ages of 4-18 years and cannot have been previously published, won prior awards, exhibited, or displayed publicly (i.e., disclosed beyond the youth's immediate circle of friends and family) through any means.

SUBJECT MATTER: Artwork must include an unbranded car of the youth's dreams, and include a written description.

PAPER SIZE: Artwork should be created on 9x12” drawing paper. Paper is available at ARTitorium on Broadway.

INELIGIBLE CONTENT: Artwork must not contain lewd, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, disparaging, defamatory, libelous, or otherwise inappropriate content or objectionable material as determined by Teton Toyota and/or ARTitorium on Broadway in its sole discretion; images that are copyrighted, trademarked, private, public or in any other way that affects the intellectual rights of any person or entity; material or elements not owned/created by the youth and/or subject to the rights of third parties or Images of people who are readily recognizable; commercial content, logos, or images of cars by manufacturers other than Toyota; personally identifiable information of person(s) other than youth or family members; any commercial content or logos other than that of Toyota. In addition, artwork that has been collaboratively drawn by multiple individuals or has been created by a person other than the youth is ineligible. Artwork submitted without a signed or completed entry form is also ineligible. Last, artwork that resembles previous contest submissions, as determined by Toyota, or that resembles famous paintings, is ineligible.

SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR. The Idaho Car of your Dreams Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Teton Auto Group and ARTitorium on Broadway. By entering this contest you give any Teton Auto Group dealership and ARTitorium on Broadway permission to use the artwork in this manner and in related promotional materials.
ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open only to legal residents of Idaho who are the age of majority and who are parents or legal guardians of children between the ages of four (4) and eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entering (“Participant”). Eligible entries are those created by the Participant’s child (referred to herein as “Applicant”). Void wherever prohibited by law.
There is NO limit on the number of Submissions per Participant and Applicant. However, each Artwork must be different from the other ones submitted and must be accompanied by a separate official Entry Form. Submissions become the sole physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
